Shipping and Returns
How soon will my item be shipped?
Free shipping will be available on all orders of $100 or more. A flat rate of $15 will apply to orders less than $100. Many of our online items are custom order and may require a longer lead time, so shipping times vary. If an item is out of stock and cannot be shipped within 4-6 weeks, we will contact you with the option to cancel your order.
what is your return policy for online orders?
We strive for complete satisfaction on all orders; however, if you need to make a return, please return the item within 14 days of receipt for a refund to your original form of payment. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for special orders, large furniture, or final sale items. Items must be returned in new condition with no blemishes or evidence of use. We reserve the right to refuse a return due to damage or misuse by the client.

We will process your return within 2 business days of receiving your package. Please keep in mind that it may take 2-10 days for your item to arrive to us. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We are NOT responsible for items LOST or DAMAGED during transit for returns.
Damages: Occasionally an item arrives damaged. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving any damaged merchandise at 210-826-1993 or info@frostedhomestyle.com, so we can assist you with replacement.
what are your Terms of Service?
Availability, prices and delivery rates are subject to change. There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we reserve the right to restrict orders of those items and correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions. No shipping outside contiguous US. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. Sales tax and local taxes on merchandise will be applied to Texas residents.
